PrimeMotion stores your email address, the profile details you choose to share, and the wellness and assessment information you record in the app. Your sign-in credentials are handled entirely by our platform provider, Base44 — PrimeMotion never receives or stores your password.
If you use photo-based features, your posture and body-composition photos are sent to a secure cloud service and to an AI vision model to generate your results. They are stored with your assessment history until you delete your account.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data to train AI models that we operate. You can delete your account and its data from your Profile at any time. The sections below explain the details.
PrimeMotion collects the following categories of information:
We use your information to:
We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising purposes, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
PrimeMotion accounts use email and password sign-in. Authentication — including storage and verification of your password — is handled entirely by our platform provider, Base44. PrimeMotion cannot access, view, or store your password. The app currently does not offer Google, Apple, Facebook, or other social sign-in.
Several PrimeMotion features use AI models, accessed through our platform provider Base44's AI services. Posture photo analysis is performed using Anthropic's Claude vision models. When you use these features, the following information is sent for processing:
Your prompts do not include your name or email address. Results are saved to your account so you can review them later. We do not use your content, photos, or assessment data to train AI models that we operate. How third-party model providers retain or process inputs is governed by their agreements with our platform provider; we do not make representations on their behalf.
AI features are optional. You can use routines, workouts, and manual tracking in the app without using photo-based assessments or the AI coach.
For a posture screening you capture three photos (front, left side, right side); for a body-composition estimate you capture three photos (front and both sides). You can also add a profile photo. Photos are captured in the app and uploaded to PrimeMotion's storage, which is hosted and managed by Base44 on cloud infrastructure. They are sent as inputs to the AI analysis described in Section 4 and are not used for AI training by us.
Your assessment photos are stored with your assessment records so you can review your history. Stored photo files are accessible to anyone who has the exact link, so please avoid sharing your results links publicly. Your photos are accessible to you in the app, and to authorized PrimeMotion administrators and our platform provider as needed to operate and support the service.
Deleting your account removes your posture and body-composition records (see Section 10). The app does not currently offer a way to delete an individual photo or assessment record separately from account deletion. The underlying image files and provider backups may not be erased immediately when records are deleted — see Section 11.
PrimeMotion requests the following device permissions, only where needed:
You can deny a permission when it is first requested, or change it later in your iOS Settings (Settings → PrimeMotion). Features that need a permission you have denied will not work until you grant it.
PrimeMotion does not currently use Apple Health / HealthKit, push notifications, or location services.
PrimeMotion is built on the following services. Each receives only the data described below:
We do not include advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs in PrimeMotion.
Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and stored in Base44's managed cloud infrastructure, which enforces encryption and access controls as described in its privacy and security documentation. Within the app, your records are protected by row-level access rules so that only your account can view and edit them. Authorized PrimeMotion administrators and our platform provider can access records when needed to operate, maintain, or support the service, including to help you with support requests.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We and our providers use reasonable safeguards, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
The privacy rights you have may vary depending on where you live. Within the app, you can currently:
For other requests — such as exporting your data, restricting processing, withdrawing consent, or other rights available in your region — contact us at support@primemotionapp.com or through the in-app Contact page. We will respond as required by applicable law.
You can delete your account inside the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Your records are deleted as part of processing the request — not merely deactivated.
Deleted with your account: your user account (email address, profile details — including your date of birth — and in-app settings), daily wellness check-ins, recovery check-ins, completed routine history, posture screening records (including stored photo references), balance assessment records, body-composition records, saved exercise plans, and plank challenge records.
Not deleted immediately by the in-app deletion process: mobility and flexibility assessment records, cardio workouts, step counts, goals, learning progress and bookmarks, saved routines, PrimeMotion Score records, previously uploaded image files, and copies of data in platform provider backups. These may be removed later by us or by our platform provider, but we cannot promise a specific timeline. If you want any of these categories deleted as well, contact us at support@primemotionapp.com and we will process your request.
Information we must keep for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes may be retained as permitted by law.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:
